SCOTT/POWELL PERFORMANCE was a project of choreographer Mary Sheldon Scott and composer Jarrad Powell. The company created and produced new work beginning with Tracing/River/Sand in 1994 up through HOME in 2010. The company featured some of the most remarkable dancers and creative artists in Seattle, who lovingly devoted themselves to the process of creating this work. We are eternally grateful to those artists and are inspired by the work they continue to create. This site will remain active as an archive of the work and the history of the company. Mary Sheldon Scott (Molly), visual artist and choreographer, and Jarrad Powell, composer and performer, continue to create new work, both independently and collaboratively. You can find out more about thier latest projects at marysheldonscott.com and jarradpowell.com.
